        shocking treatment charged me 65 as item was cancelled due to giving me one day then changing to 2 days later when i had booked day off work to take delivery could not care less that the delivery firm was proven to not have contacted me proof from service provider given yet they still charged me 65 when on policy's does not state will be charged totally unhelpful and rude could not care less there feedback on ebay store shows this problem happens lots with them
