I received a Alcatel Tablet as a gift from my company which I was delighted with because I was going on holidays and planned on using it while relaxing by the pool. There was an issue with charging so I was advised to return it. The Electric Incentive Company collected the table and thanks to the Operations Manager Cameron Cumbee, and his team for their prompt and efficient response, I have now taken delivery of a new replacement just in time for my holiday. Thanks Cameron.
