I would like to highly commend The Norfolk Olive Tree company, who today gave me help and knowledgeable advice when I reached out to them in respect of my sick olive trees. Despite the fact that I didnt even buy my trees from them in the first place, they were willing to take the time and assist me with my issue, which I thought was very kind and gracious of them. Based on this, I think this showed how willing they were to "go the extra mile" by sharing their wisdom and knowledge of all things Olive with me, a new novice grower. GREAT experience with this company from start to finish!! A company you can actually talk to a human being!!, Antonia;), who helped me with the purchase& the delivery service was great too! The guy was lovely & actually delivered the tree at the back AND onto the patio!! You just dont get this anymore these days! .& most of all my new tree is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!

Great local business, able to source a Tetrapanax papyrifer Rex which is hard to come by, had prompt email from their delivery firm, and deliver as requested after weekend. Thanks

We love our new Olive tree. We had to move our old tree because our miserable neighbour didnt like it being so close to her house, the move sadly killed the tree. Luckily, we found a new tree of a similar size and same type on the Norfolk Olive Tree website. The website isnt great, the pictures are OK but the deliver cost appeared to be very expensive at 50 so we called the company and were told local deliveries were free. You do get this information once you go through the payment process. The new tree has settled in beautifully in our garden and its possibly more lovely than our original.
