We have used Cox & Co for a number of years now. The thing I value the most is the feeling of being their only client. I know all the staff on first name terms and Steve knows our payroll processes. The introduction of their new portal has made things even more smoother. They are there if ever I have a query. I value a local business, rather than a faceless large corporation.

We've been using Cox and Co for over 5 years now and they are great. Nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Everyone in the company really make you feel you are the most important client to them even when they are really busy. During recent times they have had to deal with the ever changing situation and are always very professional and keep everyone informed of the new guidelines when they have been announced by the Government. Professional, experienced help every time. Cox & Co have provided a complete service for us for more than 10 years. Steve and Tracys friendly Team are always on hand with advice on any question. Never too busy to help. They have been especially helpful with all the new guidelines for the Coronavirus Job retention Scheme. Staying ahead of the game, sharing updates as soon as any changes are published by the Government. Giving me confidence in an uncertain time. The Workshops and Canteen online group meetings have been invaluable to learn something new, ask questions and share experiences with Cox and Cos other clients. It is nice to know we are all in the same boat. Although we are a small family business, we always feel as important as Cox and Cos larger clients. Thank you to the whole Team for all your support.

Terrible company dont do their job .. never return phone calls drop you in the mire with hmrc if you wish to be bankrupt get them to do your accounts would never recommend them
