        Booked to get a blood draw done for travel. Arrived at appointment. Pharmacist attempted five times to get blood and failed. Told cause you are fasting due to ramadan that is why we cant get the blood. No escalation or alternative people to try. Literary went to another clinic (competitor company) and they got blood first time around!!! This is 30 mins from a the appt at the pharmacy for NWP. So no factors changed other than staff taking blood. Absolutely shambles of a service! NWP state they do not refund the payments - daylight robbery. Firstly incompetent staff and then hold customer responsible for shortcomings in staff skill set!
