What a bit of luck finding Damon and Glen at Graingers - it was one of those random events that I will remember for a long time because of their excellent service and expertise, and friendly can-do attitude. My car - MX5 ND - developed a misfire and switched to "limp" mode on the M3, so I pulled off, phoned the nearest specialist-looking garage I could find, and Damon directed me (not easy to find). With the aid of a diagnostic system, a broken spark plus was discovered, a new set ordered and I was on my way again after a couple of hours. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
