Absolutely Yin yoga at ibalance studios. Denny is a fantastic teacher, very patient and carefully explains each move. Every week I come away feeling extremely relaxed and well stretched. The studios are beautiful and aid the relaxation process. Emma

This event was very informative and enjoyable at the same time. Sampling (inhaling, tasting and applying on skin) all the essential oils, observing the aromatherapy treatment and listening to the presentation were eye opening to such simple and easy techniques you can use every day. Ending the afternoon with a yin practice with essential oils was the cherry on the top. Not to mention the delicious pt and the chocolate... I am happy I was a part of such beautiful atmosphere.. thank you Denny, April and Tess!

I totally love Dennys yoga class! Such a great way to start the day, I always leave feeling centred and rejuvenated. Denny is so warm and welcoming and the studio space is gorgeous and calming. Cannot recommend enough!

I was lucky enough to do a Yinyoga session with beautiful Denny yesterday and it was my first experience of it. She was confident and calm, aware of individuals needs as she took the class but lead us beautifully as a group. She used essential oils which I just loved. Cant recommend her enough. I will be back! Xx
