    Dont expect the Kilham showhome standard. Moved in last year and lots of snagging & no after care. You have to do all the chasing and they do not keep you informed about whats going on. In summary my experience with this company is very poor.

    UPDATE 09/01/23 Everything has come to a standstill, again. Another email has been sent to David Hume and Simon Gibbons. UPDATE 29/12/22 Visited property on 21/11/22 and reviewed list of outstanding snagging issues. Basically a month later Im still waiting!!! Lets see if in the New Year they will address these issues with some urgency. Strangely my previous google review has disappeared from this website!! UPDATE 09/11/22 Received email on Thurs 3rd Nov confirming a visit to my property w/c 21/11/22. Lets see if my outstanding snags will be resolved and that I finally get the replacement glass for my bi-fold doors. Will update my review after the visit. UPDATE 31/10/22 Finally a response - thank you. Not completely anonymous, I had hoped youd identify me by my initials and the fact that I am the only one who has a scratched bi-fold door that still has not been replaced since February 2020. Or do you have other properties with scratched bi-fold doors at The Paddocks, Melbourne. Quickslide visited me on 1st Sept 2022 to resolve the opening/closing of the bi-fold which had been out of use since Oct 2021 after being re-adjusted by Palladian for the umpteenth time. Previous visits in 2020 and 2021 where the glass was measured by David Hume and told me that he would order the replacement glass. Unsurprisingly the Quickslide guy had no replacement glass and said Palladian had not ordered it. He wrote on the worksheet that Palladian should resolve and order as Palladian had fitted the bi-fold doors and not Quickslide. I contacted David Hume on the same day and thereafter, but still have no response by email or text. In all my dealings with Palladian, I have never been given an after sales email by Mark Bell, David Hume or Simon Gibbons. If I had, I would have sent the numerous emails over the past years to that email too in the hope you would resolve my snagging issues. I look forward to a response by Fri 4th Nov on resolving the final snagging issues (not just the bi-fold door). Lets hope I get a satisfactory outcome and will give further update on Mon 7th Nov. UPDATE 28//10/22 David Hume has been emailed & copy by text again today. Lets see if I get a response!!! Appalling communications and customer (dis)service by PALLADIAN. UPDATE 18/10/22 Still not been contacted by David Hume for replacement glass to bi-fold door (and other unresolved snags). Many emails/text to him over the past year. In October 2021 David Hume visited my property at The Paddocks and measured the glass panel and said he would order the glass. Eventually returned to property in Feb/Mar 2022 to start resolving outstanding snagging list. The glass pane had not been ordered. Promised to order it again and I am still waiting.     UPDATE 21/04/23 Disappointingly PALLADIAN have told me they will not complete the remaining snags. Thats 3 years of waiting, chasing, emails being ignored and false promises. Absolutely disgusted with the way we have been treated. Instead, theyve made a derisory monetary offer that will never cover the cost to rectify the snags. After all the stress of dealing with this company, we accepted it under duress. Although seeing how theyve botched some of the snagging issues, maybe its a better solution and can get professional trades people in to rectify, at a cost to ourselves!!! Visited property on 21/11/22 and reviewed list of outstanding snagging issues. Basically a month later Im still waiting!!! Lets see if in the New Year they will address these issues with some urgency.

Not completely anonymous, I had hoped youd identify me by my initials and the fact that I am the only one who has a scratched bi-fold door that still has not been replaced since February 2020. Or do you have other properties with scratched bi-fold doors at The Paddocks, Melbourne.
