        I've just had a couple of procedures done at the Bishopthorpe practice as an extremely anxious patient. Carlie and Shannon didn't question my phobia once. Both made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Every visit felt relaxed. Special mention to Hilary at reception who is so very friendly and supplied my partner with coffee while he waited. Thanks again.
