Superb. Very helpful and friendly staff. I purchased a Hyundai i30 back in January 2023 and had a long drive to the garage as I don't live local to the area, and they made sure the vehicle was prepped and ready for me when I arrived, plus they had just put an MOT on the car too. I also had to sell the current car I had and they very Kindly sent someone to follow me down to We Buy Any Car (which is a good 20/30 minutes drive away) so that I could sell my car and bring me back to the garage. That is definitely and literally going the extra mile for their customers, so thank you very much and will look forward to seeing you again in the future when I want another car. Amazing service, we visited the garage on Saturday to purchase a Nissan Juke, and could not fault the owners and staff who went above and beyond to help, very patient and took their time to make sure we were completely happy with everything before the purchase. After reading the reviews my mother in law felt like she would be in safe hands using this garage. I'm sure she would have been if everything had been OK with the car she bought. After just 3 weeks of having the car, it started to cut out while she was driving. She called the garage to report it and was told to drive the car back so they could have a look at it. Bear in mind, she lives an hour away and he told her to drive the car that keeps cutting out back to him... she tried to get it back but, surprise surprise, it cut out and wouldn't restart just 10 minutes into the journey. When she called the garage to tell them, they asked if anyone she knew had breakdown cover and could get it towed there! After a lot of back and forth, he agreed to find someone to pick it up. He had the car for weeks with no word on what was happening or why it had stopped working. The only communication that actually took place was when SHE phoned them. After a month of chasing him for answers and not getting any closer to finding out what was wrong with it, she decided that she just wanted a her money back. 6,500 is a lot of money to pay for a car that breaks down after just a few weeks. The only positive thing about this place is the fact that she got her money back without too much bother. I'm sure if you purchase a car in good working order from them, they are great. I just hope anyone that does buy from them doesn't get a faulty car and have to go through what we did...
