        You are lucky if you get anyone to answer the phone. Have wasted nearly an hour trying to get through. Even tried the head office who also couldn't get through. Find this shocking that no one can just pick up a phone and answer it.

        My Mum was moved to Orchard Gardens about a month ago. She is unable to move unaided so we were lucky to get her a lovely ground floor room. I cannot praise the lovely team of carers enough for their patience and understanding and support, Debbie, Jo and Aly are always so lovely and I now feel I have support in providing for Mums needs.
