        Andy did a great job installing my 85 year-old mother's boiler and servicing each year for five years; but dismissed her when she called him reporting a fault, saying that the boiler simply needed topping up with water. He advised her that he'd already shown her how to do that and that he wouldn't be able to come to the house for two weeks. Two separate independent plumbers both subsequently verified there was a fault; one of whom went ahead and repaired the boiler. In the meantime, my mother had no central heating or hot water for two weeks during the winter months. Disappointing way of treating a loyal customer.
