"Refreshing ... finally an estate agent who genuinely cares". We would like to publicly thank Luci for being the rock that was needed during the sale of our property, from the start to the day we moved she was there to help, assist and go above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. The key was communication, she was able to provide updates and information when other estate agents and solicitors were impossible to deal with. I cant say enough about Luci, she was constantly in contact to reassure us and dealt with extremely difficult solicitors very well. Luci was absolutely incredible and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I will definitely be in touch should we wish to sell/ buy again.
