I can't recommend Gail, Graham and the team highly enough. Throughout the whole journey from my uncle's death to his funeral, Gail made herself available to support us, provide us with information and advice, and answer many questions. She was always patient, sympathetic and understanding. On the day of the funeral, Graham and his assistant were kind, helpful and encouraging. The whole process of organising the funeral felt personal and we felt very cared for by the whole team.

I simply cannot recommend Gail, Graham and the whole team at Wessex funeral Services highly enough. From the moment I contacted Gail I knew I was in safe hands, I was guided by her through the whole process. Thank you for the most amazing Celebrant Gareth, fantastic showreel Aimee, kind and compassionate Graham, Will and team of pallbearers. Thank you.

Absolutely awful, rude, aggressive and abusive man, the wife was polite but to have a 75yr old lady be spoken down to as she has just left the room in tears was atrocious, demanding money for a funeral she has not ordered, rude phone calls has now left her to scared to attend her family funeral. From personal experience I would not recommend using this place, its a cheap, budget, back street funeral parlour, run by an abusive , ignorant man that dresses more like a builder not a funeral director. Ive had to give 1 star as you cannot post a review without any.
