I had some private training sessions with Abby as I was a complete newbie. I got to know how the reformer bed work and the basis of Pilates. I can't recommend it enough. Abby is very friendly and professional. I enjoyed every session with her. Please do keep her at the studio. However, the studio itself is a bit run-down and tired-looking. The beds and equipment need upgrading if there's the budget to do so. A regular and thorough clean of the beds by professionals is also appreciated instead of relying on the instructors to do it between classes, in which they only have a few spare minutes. I do like the intimacy of the classes though.

The classes are really good and you come out feeling invigorated and alive. Joy is very knowledgable & help is always there if you are a beginner. I highly recommend these Pilate classes

I started the pilates reformer classes primarily with Joy 18 months ago. I have never enjoyed these classes as much as I do at Klinik. All the instructors are brilliant. They make the classes so much fun that you forget how hard you are working. The classes are affordable too. There are 6 reformers in a class so the instructors are able to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and at a good pace. My health has always been good but I feel even better and stronger as a consequence of going to these classes.
