Absolutely love going to Ten in the City for my reformer pilates classes! the pilates instructors are great and I always leave the place with a sense of peace

Been going for around two months, love this place! The instructors Ive had have all been friendly and really want to help you - credit to instructors Luke, Fabiana, and Dario. I had an issue with one instructor being rude and was offered another class for free due to this and the receptionist was very understanding and friendly. I am very excited to see my progress! I would advise getting to the classes early. The changing rooms have a hair dryer, deodorant, and hair spray, which I appreciate.

I regularly attend classes at Notting Hill Gate, but I was willing to travel to Liverpool Street just to take Lucy's class. It was definitely worth the effort and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a fantastic Pilates experience. One of the things I appreciate about Lucy's classes is her ability to make Pilates accessible to everyone. She is able to modify exercises for those with injuries or physical limitations, or tailor the class for beginners to intermediate participants upon request, ensuring that everyone is able to participate and benefit from the class. Her positive and encouraging demeanor makes her classes a joy to attend, and the time flies by. In conclusion, if you are searching for a talented Pilates reformer instructor and a demanding workout, look no further than Lucy and Brett (he usually instructs at Notting Hill Gate). I highly recommend their classes to anyone who wants to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. Thanks
