Ive been seeing Zak for nearly a year; twice, sometimes three times a week. This has been my first ever experience of personal training and Im really enjoying my sessions with Zak. Hes been incredible - professional and knowledgable with an amazing eye for movement and alignment. The sessions are varied and challenging and theres never a dull moment. Hes been very encouraging and re-built my confidence following a serious surgery. A rare find - I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I came to Zak with a shoulder and knee injury which he insisted on sorting out before even attempting to lift any sort of weight. Orthopedic consultant, Hospital physio, osteopaths, all had given up on my case. I could barely walk without pain and could just about lift my handbag. Zak's unflagging belief that I would be able to recover without resorting to surgery kept me going. Knee took two months to heal, shoulder a bit longer. A year later, I deadlifted 60kg. I'm stronger than I have ever been. Zak is a fantastic PT, very professionnal, always in a good mood, with an incredible eye on technique (crucial if you are going to lift weight!). Highly recommended!

I came to Zak with an elbow, forearm pain (not a tennis elbow), quickly he identified the problem.... since we have been working to get me pain free, more balanced, stronger. Zak with his patience helped me overcome my mental block from previous injury (herniated dics L5) and weight work. Zak is always enthusiastic, great observer to make me working, to find the right challenge at each session. Just great to feel better, balanced, stronger. Amazing work Zak !

Following a bad accident I starting training with Zak and my confidence and progress during my rehabilitation has been fabulous. Zak listens to you and works out the best exercise and training programme. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Zak as a personal trainer to all levels, ages and abilities. Thanks Zak for all your patience and help over the last year.
