Nearly 20 years of loyalty has always been honoured by Marc, Crozier and the friendly team, with underlying optometry very precise. I recommend OPTIX for those requiring certainty with their eyesight, subsequent contact lens, glass and frame choices thereafter. I have sometimes needed contact lenses delivered quickly by post not once have OPTIX failed to deliver before their guaranteed date.

Mark and his colleagues are exceptional and their standard of work is second to none. I was digging deep to find a frame for a very peculiar model, and was turned away by most specialists in London. However, Mark and the Optix team came to my aid in a matter of minutes. Communication was straightforward and clear. Timing and direction was very speedy. And most of all, they were simply kind and genuine. It's refreshing to just sometimes have someone smile and sort things out when you're busy or stressed with your own things. Pleasantly surprised by how good the service was and will definitely go back to them in the future.

EXCELLENT first time experience buying some new glasses and having a contacts check-up. Natalie was not pushy, happy to share an honest opinion and allowed me to borrow a few frames to check in with the wife! Couldn't fault them.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & BEAUTIFUL GLASSES!!!! Honestly. from start to end the whole process was very enjoyable. Usually picking frames to suit my face shape can be very daunting and stressful for me, especially when there are many options to pick from - I can be very indecisive! I must have liked over 10 frames from the ones I tried on, but the advise and support I received from Mark was extremely helpful in making the final decision. WOW the options of glasses available... I have never gone to an opticians where I fall in love with so many frames, all very trendy and fashionable, something for everyone!!! I went in to purchase an everyday glasses for a new prescription and ended up ordering one transitional frame + everyday frame, because the options are so beautiful!!! The whole team in general were lovely and always so helpful. Will definitely be going again for my next pair! Karen
