David and Simon have both been fantastic mortgage brokers. We were recommended to speak with them by a colleague and we are really glad - they've been very efficient, responsive and thorough in their replies to our queries throughout the process of buying and selling from February 22-March 23. They have also helped us through the process of securing payment protection and life insurance, and reduced our mortgage interest rates when they improved prior to exchange. During a difficult purchase, David was everything we needed from a mortgage broker. He presented us with the best options and took his time to talk us through the entire process which was new to us.
