Thanks to Rob Gill and his team for a first class service from start to finish. Ours was a simple remortgage case made slightly more complicated due to the timing of review and fast changing interest rate environment following the Truss/Kwarteng mini-budget of September 2023. Rob kept us updated throughout, before ultimately deciding on a plan of action and helping us secure a competitive rate. Would happily recommend to others.

This is not my first time using Altura to arrange a mortgage and their service was as good as ever. Rob and Roxy made the whole process quick, easy and painless. They clearly explained my options, helped find the right mortgage for me and walked me through every stage of the process. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use them again myself the next time I need to arrange finance.

Highly professional and great customer service for a relatively complex expat buy-to-let mortgage case that required clarification and documentation from multiple jurisdictions. Managed to leverage the strong relationships that they have with the mortgage providers to clear hurdles and keep the process on track. Highly recommended, particularly Rob Gill and Roxanne Lawrence.
