        Convenient location but very rude and u helpful advisor. I was told different advice to what I was told online before coming to the branch, dont listen and talk over me, when see its causing distress and frustration just keep smiling sarcastically that there is nothing they can do. .. also refuses for me to speak to anybody senior who could help me. I am not going to mention his name online.

        I had a huge issue in London when Im from Canada have no bank account with them. They were so kind and helpful and solved my issue within a minute even though they had nothing to gain from helping me. Thank you guys at Natwest.

        I visited on 5 December 2022 and Raj was really friendly and helped me exchange some smaller notes for a 50 banknote. Quick and no hassle and now I've got a nice souvenir of the UK!

        This NatWest is utterly hilarious. It is quite literally the polar opposite to the TV adverts haha. Absolutely bonkers layout, totally understaffed and dirty. Starling for the win.
