I went into buy one thing and ended up buying a lot more all thanks to Rana who was so knowledgeable about all the products and extremely helpful! I will definitely be coming back in. Best customer service ever!

Product speaks for itself but one of the sales staff was awful, hence only 3 stars review. The staff member was very dismissive and rude. I had asked her a question and she simply ignored me. If she was busy, then a simple explanation would suffice. Subsequently she was very blunt and avoided answering further questions. I don't like to think badly of people so if I was giving her the benefit of the doubt, I suspect her English wasn't great and she might simply not have understood what I was saying. She didn't seem to have much knowledge of the jewellery either so maybe she was new too. In any case, one her colleagues stepped in and was very helpful. The item I purchased was of great quality so would definitely buy from Monica Vinader again. However, I would likely purchase online to avoid having to deal with the rude staff member in question.

Great shop - so helpful! Rana was very attentive and helped me pick the perfect thing! Been to the Sloane Square branch before - This branch has the best customer service! Already excited to come back :))

Amazing customer service from Liverpool Street store Monica vinader, the girls were so helpful and made my repair easy and efficient. Whilst in the store I mentioned I was looking for some gifts and the team showed me a few options. I wasnt looking to purchase that day but they still gave me excellent customer service and sent me an email with all the pieces I had seen, so I dont forget. Would highly recommend this store, for all your Monica needs, as the team go above and beyond.
