Visited wednesday as i needed help with my lenses, the store manager was so rude and condescending! Didnt help me at all, i left empty handed

Very happy about the service and the treatment I was given. Opticians who took tests, were very gentle and explained every step they were doing. The prescribed treatment helped. Really satisfied

Excellent service, very cool, gentle and jolly customer service. Opticians are very knowledgable and reassuring. Felt like a family business. Great work!

Shaffaq provided exceptional service. I came in expecting to buy 2 pair and ended up very happily with 5. Expert eye exam encompassing a full hour of tests was far more extensive than what Id find at the US optical chain most similar to SpecSavers. Expertise, value and style are all best in class here. I literally fly across the Atlantic to get my glasses here. Update 3 months later: This locations excellent customer service extended to remembering me when I returned after 3 months to order additional glasses. Warmth, professionalism and best-in-class service are unexpected but very much appreciated.
