As a medical professional with a running injury, I knew that there was only one person that I needed to see. Nells approach was holistic and focussed on finding the source of the issue rather than just trying to treat a symptom in isolation. Nells approach was calm, professional and caring. She followed up the consultation with a number of exercises to do. Her treatment plan worked like a dream and I wouldnt hesitate in recommending her to anyone whos struggling with an injury, pain or stiffness. First class from start to finish.

Nell did a fantastic job in working out what issues I had (back, neck, peck, lats) and has taught me the best means to control and improve these issues through stretching and exercise. I would highly recommend.

I have been to more than 20 physiotherapists in my life and never have left so happy and confident about my health's future as with Nell . She was great , insightful, funny and caring . After 2 knee surgeries and 4 years of pain and discomfort on my whole body I finally feel confident about my body again. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for her after just one session . My appointment with Nell was an absolute delight! She is thorough, detailed, hugely knowlegable, effective and has a brilliant manner. I walked out of the appointment with my shoulder pain gone in a single session, feeling very relaxed and with advice on how to manage any reoccurring issues. She came highly recommended by friends and I would not hesitate to return to her for any physio needs in the future.
