        Not recommending this branch. Very difficult to find - and if you are late 1 minute for a class you wont be able to enter. Definitely not a treatment and policies you would expect to face when paying a fortune for a membership fee. Canary Riverside has a much better customer service and

        Been with Virgin active about a month and really enjoying this particular branch so far. Customer service is one of the best and staff greet you every time you enter and leave which is so nice. Makes a BIG difference and well worth it. All the staff are high calibre people from my experience. And the gym equipment is fabulous too. Having only 4 visits a month (on a particular plan) is kind of a tease though
