Product Quality Issue at first Not usually any issues. Speedy delivery good communication, good quality products. Sadly, on this occasion, one of the items wasn't as good quality as the previous exact product that I have ordered so feel let down. Edit: Excellent & speedy response from Diana at Customer Services. I feel confident enough to continue ordering my supplies from TheCustomBoxes going forward. Thank you : )

I received order on time. The product was high quality but low cost compared to other companies. The dealing staff were polite. My overall experience is very good, will love to use their services again.

What a great find.....with so many companies out there to choose from I was getting overwhelmed as to whom to go with. I certainly have not regretted my choice for a moment. The Custom Boxes have been fabulous throughout the entire process. Aaron & the team are punctual, courteous, patient & understanding to my needs. At no point did I have to repeat myself of my file & what was going on - the team knew me & instantly responded accordingly. The chat link is very helpful to quickly clarify matters. I will be placing further orders as I cannot fault this company in any way.........so refreshing to find a company that is very much on the ball.....
