        Great prices, great looking shoes. Unfortunately these shoes are not very comfortable (very hard leather). Service is okay - staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

        I spent 110 having my Barker shoes refurbished and they sent them back with a loose nail inside them. I discovered this when it stuck right into my foot. I emailed Barker to explain what happened and after some back and forth they refunded the cost and sent me a voucher for a discount on some new shoes. Overall a fair resolution I think.

        Tried on a pair of boots (in my size) and the pull strap tore off - I am not a particularly strong person. Needless to say I did not buy. Clearly they're not going to last long if I can't even try them on in the shop without destroying them! I also wasn't particularly impressed with the quality of the leather, given the price.
