My experience with Ritz has been positive since the first phone call. I phoned them after seeing an advert on Indeed and they assisted me very quickly and arranged an interview with me and the company the very same week. Since being employed, all the staff have been extremely helpful & supportive. Joanne/Jo who I was mainly in contact with gave me so much support pre-interview and after. I really recommend using Ritz as an agency. They're very helpful and genuinely care about their workers.

I recently just got a job through Ritz recruitment company particularly by Mark Bryden. I am immensely grateful to Mark for believing in me and supporting me throughout the process. He was always on top of the game, swift, responsive, friendly and professional. Even when on Holiday, he still pulled through. I am certain other employees of the company are this supportive. One month and no one called me to offer me a job! Shambolic! I called many times to let them know and they never got back to me. Very bad, dont recommend
