Today I entered this store with the simple intention of returning a shirt. I was served by Nayna, who from start to finish was rude and confrontational. Apparently the item I wanted to return had the wrong kind of bar code, and she proceeded to quiz me as to where, when, and how I had purchased this and what I had done to the real label. She complained that this process was taking up her time and huffed and puffed through the process of manually entering the receipt info into the computer. She even tried to get me to go to another store to do the return so she didnt have to! When, after 10 minutes of sighing, grumbling and questioning why me personally as to why nothing was working, the refund was processed with the help of a colleague. When I dared to ask if I needed to sign my receipt, she went on to demean me and explain how bank cards work. All round, one of the most unpleasant people Ive ever encountered and I dont recommend going to this store unless you fancy being told off for making someone do their job.
