Thames Lettings

I've been a tenant at a property managed by Thames Lettings for nearly a year now. Coming from abroad, this was my first experience with flat hunting in London and I am very grateful to say it has been a pleasant one from the start (I've heard many horror stories!). When I initially inquired about the property, Jose was prompt in arranging a virtual visit and addressing all of my questions. The application process was smooth and progressed quickly. Since moving in, I've primarily dealt with Robert and Monica, who have both been equally as receptive to address even the littlest of my concerns; I had an issue where my closet door wouldn't close when I moved in and the issue was resolved within a matter of days. Overall, I'd recommend Thames Lettings to anyone looking for a proper, well-managed flat in London.

I have been a tenant in a property managed by Thames Lettings for more than two years. Both at the contract stage and during my term as a tenant, every agent at Thames Lettings has been very helpful and professional. Every little issue I raised has been listened to kindly, taken seriously and handled very quickly. I will definitely continue to look at their listings whenever I need a space and I wish them all the best.

honestly the best lettings agent Ive encountered. Robert and Jose are amazing at what they do - professional, quick with replies, and incredibly helpful. would recommend Thames Lettings to anyone whos finding a flat in London!
