Kendall Scales is the best physiotherapist I have ever came across. She was highly recommended by my doctor Professor Tony Kochhar and he was absolutely right! She is a brilliant physiotherapist. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Because of her, my upper back and shoulders are pain-free.

First time I visited any physio, with a pain in my shoulder and not knowing what to expect, Kendall was excellent in walking me through each step and clearly explaining what was happening. Felt very comfortable and confident in Kendall's expertise and the series of treatments has led to a marked improvement. Highly recommended.

I would like to recommend Kendall from Ten Physio who has treated my upper back pain (from bad working from home set up) and I have always found her very professional, very informative and have been amazed at her magic hands which seem to make me feel instantly better

I had a session with a physiotherapist Eros Fragkiadakis and he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel super comfortable! We had an initial consult and he immediately understood the underlying issues with my chronic shoulder pain (which has been a problem for the last 3 years) as soon as I explained what was going on. Eros did a few exercises to test the area and then informed me what muscles were being aggravated by showing me and telling me why, which was so informative. Then he came up with an initial physiotherapy program to help strengthen and condition the area, as well as telling me what exercises to stop doing on my own in the gym that I didn't realize were inflaming the area and causing flare-ups. All in all, Eros was super helpful and I look forward to working more with him! I am feeling very hopeful about the progress of my injury and have faith that we will be able to work together to make it better.

Great set of physio sessions with Kendall. After the winter lockdown, she really supported me with a few aches & muscle strains. Studio is clean, feels safe and everyone is very friendly. Thanks again Kendall!!
