horrible receptionist. made a reservation on the phone to go in 15 minutes, went on an uber to get there, and when we showed up, the receptionist said theres no more availability. We wasted time and money for nothing. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER it will be a complete waste of time.

it's a great massage parlour. I had a chronic back pain problem. She solved it in first treatment. Thank you Cristina, the place is very clean and two minutes close to Liverpool Street station. I will definitely come back.

This was an ok massage. Made a lot worse by the therapist sending and receiving messages on her (not silenced) phone throughout the treatment.

Really disappointed with this place and I dont say this lightly (the irony given what Im about to say). First, I was told that the deep tissue massage cost extra compared to the Tui Na message, which I thought I would cough up as I do like firm pressure. However, the masseuse really struggled to apply firm pressure even with using her knuckles and elbows. Ive been to a lot of massage places and this persons hands were weak in comparison to other deep tissue massages I had. She also refused to use her fingers as she said this wasnt possible during deep tissue massage which is not my experience at all. In the end, I had to modify the massage to only ask for the scalp which was okay. I thought I would leave it there and accept that perhaps some masseuses are lighter in touch compared to others. She said she had given me a 45 min massage even though I had checked the time of the start and end and it was five mins short, and I flagged and then she said she gave me a 43 min massage so she was right to end the massage. Fair enough, I thought, perhaps she counts dressing time to the massage... However, as if to add insult to injury, and frankly the last straw, when I was getting dressed, she kept opening the door and waiting for me to get dressed. I asked her if she would shut the door and she refused to as she said her property was in there. Frankly, it was indignifying that I could not even get dressed without her watching me. Absolutely disgusting, and I regret that I have to even post this. A stressful way to spend 50 pounds at a place that is meant to relax you.
