The very mention of Railpen makes me feel sick.

Railpen may well be a swanky investment service based in London, but what about the impact of their investments on ordinary people? Seven days after service charges were issued to leaseholders of Cardinal Lofts, residents were forced to evacuate due to fire safety concerns; they have no idea when they can return. Our flats are unfit to live in and worthlessnot to mention the stress this has caused

The furthest from a sustainable investor there has ever been. Says they care for the residents yet for three years there has been no action and now we are without our homes and the future more uncertain than ever before. We have no answers and are in the dark. Change needs to happen. No more false promises.

Mick Lynch should be ashamed of himself - the company that manages the pension fund Railpen for his members - the RMT has kicked 80 out of their homes ripping familys lives apart. Railpen bought Cardinal Lofts in Ipswich in 2019 and were aware of significant issues and chose to do nothing until now. They hide behind non domiciled companies GREY GR to protect their liabilities. A total disgrace
