    Disastrous account set up and platform, useless customer service. I create my account weeks ago, and am still unable to trade as my account is apparently being managed by Rebellion Research (nowhere during the account set-up I got to decide on that). I have been battling with CS to get out of this without success so far. In the meantime, I am being charged management fees continuously... Looks like a scam

    This is the most absurd and disgusting US broker Ive experienced in the past 13 years. Im responsible for every word I said, welcome to verify. 1. They use Indian call centres not only for daily enquiries, but also more professional work. During positions transfer, Indian team based in Mumbai requires me to close my positions, they transfer cash (takes 1-2 weeks), then reopen positions regardless market price. Do you want to laugh? I required risk team to confirm, never replied 2. Their Indian team manager based in Mumbai faked up phone call conversations, then abused on me. I believe they dont have phone call recording at all, otherwise how dare he was. I already reported to FCA, because phone call recording is FCA regulation 3. I was abused by their Indian team based in Mumbai. After I raised complaint, UK complaint team further abused on me, he completely faking the truth, then never reply my messages. So from normal employees to team manager, up to UK complaint team all abuse on customers. This is shocking 4. I contacted their CEO Milan Galik who replied within 1 hours, he said he has past this to further investigation. Look at all these messages in my account which are never replied, so their employees are much busier than their CEO. Overall, if you believe IBKR is reliable, you go for it. I dont ! I read others reviews, I do agree the word shameless ! I guess none of them cares about their business, their shareholders care about cash out their shares, employees only think about salary
