I've stayed here numerous times, for years. On my most recent two night stay, I struggled to sleep owing to VERY loud music practically shaking the bed. It wasn't the guest below me as I went down to 'have a word' only to find they were behaving. There's a cocktail bar that's cropped up next door, it could have been this, or perhaps a house party in the adjoining building, but two nights in a row, on a weekday is a little hard-core! Such a shame, as without the sleep deprivation, I'd of left a far more positive review of the apartments themselves.

Nice apartment with tiny kitchen and small garden. Although in the heart of London, it was very quiet. Maybe this is different in summer/peak season. Bed was very comfortable. Owner was very friendly and even carried my luggage up the stairs. We also liked the fact we could use Netflix. The bathroom was a bit of a problem. You can't shower without flooding the whole bathroom. Also, the sink is located in the shower area, so you can't put things there, because they will get wet. I noticed that the signs for hot and cold on the bathroom tap were switched. Expected cold water, but got hot water. We tried to clean the plate and mug we used. There was a kitchen towel, but no brush/sponge to really clean things.

Brilliant location, close to lots of shops, restaurants and many transport options nearby. Appreciate the service at this apart hotel. Friendly staff, the man at reception kindly allowed me to check in when I arrived before the official check in time. The apartment was clean, modern and had everything I needed. The balcony had a nice view but unfortunately was underutilised due to the cold weather. Note that there are no lifts in the building so you may need to carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs.
