This bank allows fraud. My family member has been done 50k Some who either works here or worked for this company is scamming people out of money. Theyre very professional with their approach, only someone who has inside knowledge who understands regulations was able to scam my family member. Now the bank are not providing a customer service or even trying to resolve the issue. This will be shared across different platforms as Im a business owner and in contact with over 8000 companies not to mention my social media following. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD

AVOID TIDE BANK AT ANY COST. They are not clear on many things, they charge you 20p on EVERY transactions, there is NO customer service. They can freeze your account for no reason, and there is no number to call nor anyone to help. It was my biggest mistake to open a business bank account with Tide.

If I could give zero I will. Absolute disgraceful service. The amount of constant security blocks and transaction delays is unbelievable. On top of that, when you make ATM withdrawals they will not pay out for lost money (ATM did not tender cash) even though you evidence this. Luckily I have associates in the FCA and the Financial Ombudsman Service who will be making some investigations shortly. We will be closing down our account over the next period.

Keep away from tide! The have now closed my third business account without giving any notice or reason. When you look at all bad reviews most of them are similar complaints about closing or restricting the account without any reason. I have other business accounts with Starling and Monzo and I have never had any issue with them. This is also probably the reason why their comparable banks Starling and Monzo who opened the same time as them have millions of customers and tide only has 450k.

Tide bank the worest sheet uk bank. Guys don't trust this rubbish bank they are 0% coustemer service with out any clue pause coustemer account after they gone do like tricky like scam fraud .I don't have Any word this stupid thinker .I already report uk scam police team my case .
