        gave me a 9am appointment during lockdown, went to the store in central london only to find that the store wasn't open. The phone line was going to voicemail continuously. When i complained the customer service apologised and gave me a mere 2 discount for my inconvenience. I had to seek a last minute alternative as its a business phone and square fix nearby fixed the issue the same day. Ismash then came back and offered me a 10 discount 2 days later.
