        Paul managed to see me the same day a mild stiffness turned into lower back agony. He was thorough, took written notes of my recent physical activity and spent time making adjustments that really helped and my back improved quickly afterwards. His follow up was also successful he said it was much easier to make adjustments. Definitely a great practice for treating back pain
