    Terrible experience. Do not upload any documents or information here. Even if you ask them to delete everything about you, they save and keep everything for 6 years. They ask for a lot of personal and sensitive information, when you send it, they ask for more. Unbelievable audacity. I will file a complaint against them.

    Your processes and responses are absolutely ridiculous and nonsense. I have a business, website included, working in cybersecurity, have an MBA and you say it's not relevant and I need to submit another website and qualification to open a business account for IT consultancy. You C-suite should really check these reviews. Horrible and laughable at the same time.

    Brilliant bank, I was dubious at first but now regret not signing up earlier as it is easy to use. I have only had to call twice with questions to see if what I needed to do on these occasions was possible and both times the customer service was above and beyond with a step by step instruction on how to carry out the process. They are a dream to use locally and internationally

    Really happy with my experience with Starling Bank. Have used for a couple of years now and any time I needed to contact was easy enough to do via the chat in the app. Responses were quick and helped resolve issues. Previously used Tide but was charged per transaction which is not the case with Starling.
