100% useless! I couldn't make it to the bank so I gave my partner my card and the cash. The idiotic staff wouldn't let her deposit the money. They could have mentioned the auto deposit machines but couldn't be bothered. To add to the annoyance staff just stood about chatting and not serving. The current staff need to be fired for bad customer service and general incompetence!

Theyre not able to help when its come to the closing time. Maybe just my bad to come only 50 minutes before theyre close.

Dont recommend banking with metro bank, very restrictive ways of showing proof of address, cant be photos. Cant download from phone and email pdf. Also not clear about timing, this location it takes 45min to wait for someone then 45min to set up an account then 45 min to locate a safety deposit box.
