        This is not a 'mixed use residential tower', it's not a hotel, nor an office. 7 of the 8 top floors are empty. This is a 'safety-box' for the worlds kleptocrats and others to hide their money. At great inconvenience to everyone who works in the area, this building - and many others like it across London - was made not for people, not even for rich and successful people but for the 'super rich' of this world. It is an example of greed and corruption. How do you sleep at night? Well in one of your 30 other houses I'd imagine. Enjoy your fake wealth.
