We came along with drawings we had prepared for a kitchen we had been wanting for decades. Joely straightaway understood and appreciated our aspirations and was able to enhance our proposals with her detailed knowledge of kitchen units, equipment, systems and layouts. During the weeks ahead she and her friendly team were always willing to talk through proposals during a visit to their office and exchange many phone calls and emails. Their individual service was wonderful and for us really important when having a bespoke design. They were positive to fresh ideas, however complex, and brought their expertise to advise if these were not possible, practical or too costly and add their own suggestions. The representative CGI pictures along the way were very accurate, helping show colour options and gave a real feeling for the space and layout. We couldnt be more thrilled with our new long awaited kitchen. It is not a large room but the result is practical, efficient, beautiful, bright and open. The units are high quality and were expertly fitted by Aaron, AECarpentry. We now spend hours staring at it fully appreciating the Hogwood House teams work and skills that have gone into the final result. It is the kitchen we dreamed of and more! We would definitely recommend Hogwood House to anyone who is contemplating a new kitchen. With regard to after sales service Hogwood House have willingly come back to alter or add things we wanted to change or adjust fittings that had small teething problems. Joely and the whole team where excellent form start to finish! We are so pleased with our kitchen and it has exceeded expectation. Nothing was too much trouble and responses to change and ideas for fittings and finishes were helpful and always professional. Installers, fitters, electrician had great attention to detail and all work was completing efficiently with minimal disruption. We would highly recommend and are confident anyone would be happy with the end result! Joely and the Hogwood team were brilliant from designing our kitchen to the expert fitting. The unique extras including our wonderful breakfast cupboard and built in larder add luxury to a kitchen which was really competitive on price. We would not have got such a bespoke service from Howdens or Benchmarx or Magnet. Superior product and service in every way. Been using the kitchen now for 6 months and everything still wonderful.
