It's an excellent station with plenty of travelling possibilities . While sometimes it can be busy during the peak hours , there's always plenty of landmarks nearby for visiting and exploring . The station also have an amazing variety of services from McDonald's to WHSmith . I recommend the station as the an ideal place when starting your visit at London .

A transportation hub in London the last stop of the Southwest train You can walk almost to the tourist centre of London, which we are familiar with. The lobby of Waterloo Station is always busy Its a big train station with trains going between underground and ground all day. It is clean even though it was quite busy with many travelers. Its easy to see from which platform the train leaves. It is a huge station inside surrounded by many vehicles and pedestrian traffic. The station has both regular trains running to other parts of the UK and subways running throughout London. The exterior is impressive, at least on one side. On the other side, it looks a little depressed, but its an interesting place overall. There are restaurants and shops in the station. Roads outside the station are packed with both vehicles and pedestrians.

Huge London Tube station which is a major artery and transition station in London. Lots of shops and food options and also is a huge hub for London trains One thing that gets EASILY overlooked is the history and beautiful ornate design of this place. If you goto the front entrance and just look up, you can see the wonderful history built into it. Love the WW I motifs/edifices and architecture of it
