        The worst taxi service I have ever experienced. I booked my taxi way in advance because I had to make the last train to London due to the strikes. Not only the taxi was late and I missed my train but when I kept trying to ring the office to ask for updates they actually blocked my number so that I wouldnt keep ringing. Theyre despicable. If youre not willing to deal with customers then dont work in customer service. The person in charge of the phones was a gentleman and it all happened on 14/12/22 at 1600. I urge people not to use this taxi service - youll be stranded if you rely on them.

        We were on stuck Westminster Bridge in a heavy rain with 1 year old baby when this firm became a lifesaver. We are really thankful to you guys and bless you. Definitely Recommended.
