Consider other shops! Capable of attaching a leather strap to a shoe, but extremely rude service, at purchase and at collection. On a second visit months later - charged 25 for a spare fob key. Locksmith around the corner did the same job for 15, both keys work. Do not visit unless no other options available.

I heard they know about Paraboots, so I took in a pair of Avoriaz that I've been wearing very hard for two years. Absolutely beautiful job - resole, fixed a broken speed hook & put some work in to soften the leather too. They're looking better than new.

Owner withheld my original house key that I was duplicating until I paid cash for the new one instead of card (only told me after the key was cut and I went to pay on their card machine that there was a 10 minimum for card). He kept insisting that I go to Iceland to get cashback instead of paying the 7.50 on their machine. Rude bully of a man, using intimidation to get cash instead of card.
