WORST. AGENCY. EVER. If your thinking of signing up to this agency DONT! The staff are rude , they cancel on you last minute , sometimes they dont even tell you that your shift is cancelled and let you wait until you get to your shift for the staff there to tell you ! They ignore your calls and messages , however when they want shifts they bombard you with texts. Theyre rude ignorant and just dont care about staff Save yourself the trouble and dont sign UP!

I've worked for LTR since August 2017, and now after all that time I can easily say it's best agency I've ever worked for. Nice and helpful staff. I've let them down not showing up for many shifts last year, but they gave me second chance, so finally I found my place in London. In result I've signed today contract with one of most popular hotels in London. No problems with payments over the time I've worked for them. To be honest - one situation, caused by IT problems but amendment has been done straight away. I can recommend to everyone. Thank you LTR. Thank you Chris.

Fabulous organisation to work for. The team are friendly and helpful. Have worked on several projects with LTR over the years and can highly recommend them.
