what a find! most of the plays that you will see at the national theater in London are going to let out sometime after 10:00 p.m.. If you'd like to get to a pub, you'll have to hustle to go across the bridge and perhaps even into Covent garden about 15-20 minutes away by walk. however, you could just go around the corner to the understudy where there is a very nice array of beers and wines available. no, you won't be able to get a late snack except for a bag of chips, but that trade-off seems worth it to me given the fact that you are around lots of people who either just saw the play or were in it!
