        I had a very positive experience with James. We had a water pressure and heating issue that nobody could work out for over month, following a new installation. James came round at short notice, logically diagnosed and fixed the problem in under and hour. He was very informative and detailed, explaining how things worked, his thought process and what he was going to do. Couldn't be happier with the result in my case and would recommend and employ again. Thank you :)

        Health warning: this plumber gave us a gas safe certificate but incorrectly installed our boiler so it leaked carbon monoxide and did not comply with gas safe regulations. Incompetent and dangerous - do not use!
