        The most unhelpful place and a waste of time. I was recommended this optician for specialist small frames for kids. Not only we were turned away but the person didnt even know the sizes of the kids frames. We went to a different optician today and were explained in detail how to fit kids glasses so there is no excuse why at this place they couldnt even explain different sizes. Just really wish I never went there.

        Bright and welcoming, with both the lovely staff and the rooms inside. I was advised as to which spectacles wouldn't break my Bank, and for suitability.

        Great service and excellent clinical knowledge. So convenient to visit Opticalise for an eye issue rather than having to go to the hospital. Was recommended by my GP to see Mr Shah at Opticalise. There's a good system in place in waterloo for eye conditions. Well done to the NHS
