WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, THIS IS NOT A UNION BUT RATHER A MONEY MAKING BUSINESS. 11 YEARS NOT ONCE DID THEY HELP OR ASSIST. I CONTACTED THE UNION ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS, I LEFT VOICE MAILS, TEXT MESSAGES BUT NOT ONE PERSON DECIDED TO RETURN MY CALL. THE BRANCH THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN TOUCH DID NOT BOTHER. THE OTHER PROBLEM WAS THAT CERTAIN ISSUES AND MATTERS COULD NOT BE DISCUSSED IN CONFIDENCE BECAUSE THE PERSON IN THAT POSITION WOULD HAVE BEEN OFFENDED I WAS WARNED. This was a true waste of money, the effort I have put in to try and speak to someone is ridiculous. Now that I cancelled my Direct debit i am receiving mail every week asking me to reinstate my DD. NO THANKS!! Dont send me letters about your election or anything as I really dont care! You never cared for me a loyal member of 11 years in my times of need. I certainly dont care anymore!

Excellent service from this union. Leon in particular was very polite and helpful. I was represented well and given all the information needed for a positive Thank you

(Former prospect member) Post membership, experienced problem with regards to health and safety at work and approached prospect for help. Because I'm not a member, they refused to help despite it affecting other members of staff. Ended up going to ACAS who proved to far more helpful. Story of Good Samaritan comes to mind, not a member, walk on by!

Terrible never helped in a unfair dismissal then because I was suffering from depression forgot to council my direct debit. Made enquires and was told tough no refunds . So thanks for no support when I needed it and no help financially through not being in right state of mind to deal with things. I never obviously need the services when my employment finished and they took !indy for nothing thanks prospect most useless union of all.

Useless trade union. I was encouraged to join the trade union by a recommendation from an NHS nurse regarding a disability discrimination happened in my workplace. However, I was told that I cannot enjoy the help because the issue was happened before the joined time while there's no warning during my join. I asked for another discrimination issue from another colleague regarding the grievance appeal, they said it's linked. I asked for the help of reasonable adjustments regarding the disability, they said it's still linked. I asked whether they would help me if I join another company but met similar issue, they haven't replied further. I still give 2 stars instead of 1 star because they had replied to my emails in reasonable time. Update: I change it to 3 stars because of the recent further feedback interview.
